AAFP FMIG Registration EXTENSION

To participate in FMIG sponsor activities, one must do the following:

1. Create and register with American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Student memberships are free until medical school graduation. AAPF enrollment instructions are listed in our website under the "AAFP" tab. After submitting your AAFP student application, you may access your AAFP account immediately to obtain your student  AAFP ID.

2. Upon receiving your AAFP ID, you may complete the Spring '22 registration form. Spring '22 chapter dues are $5.00

3. Pay chapter due via Venmo (Ernie-Rodriguez-21),  Zelle (310-345-0049) or PayPal (@ErnieR10) Please include your AAFP ID# when submiting your payment.

4. You will receive an enrollment confirmation email. Congratulations!
